Latin Roots of London
Special Edition Album

Latin Roots of London is a showcase of diverse genres of Latin music, uniting Latinos from different countries and cultures. Born from the vision of Simple Reflections for Artists Founder Dario Novoa, this album gives local Latino artists the opportunity to be heard in the London community and beyond borders. With the designation of London as Canada’s first Unesco World City of Music and the announcement of the new Latin Pop category of the Forest City London Music Awards, there is no better time to honour London’s Latin Roots.

Many people have helped to make this album a reality. Thank you to every musician who believed in the vision and contributed from the heart. This project was generously supported by the Digital Creative Arts Centre, Half & Half Agency, the Forest City London Music Awards, the London Music Office and Quiet Earth. Dario Novoa, Mario Circelli, Diego Tamayo, Jennifer Martino and Juan Pedroso contributed countless hours to this collaboration, as have many other crucial supporters. This project wouldn’t have been possible without the collective skill and passion of Simple Reflections, friends and family. We hope you enjoy this record as much as we have enjoyed making it!
